There are many amazing contributions to this question. The only thing/s I would add are: 1. Group coaching = a form of community and connection 2. Group coaching = a platform for accountability (group coaching represents a form of psychological contracting with each other, where we allow others to see our vulnerability, and also to speak into each other's lives and hold space for each other) I see group coaching as a form of group facilitation, but on a more sacred level. As a coach, I always feel honoured, and humbled when my coachees provide me that access and offer me the permission to speak into their lives!

A successful and impactful coach: ℹ️ Should be present in every moment they experience ➡️ This enables them to ask the right leading questions and help co-create a suitable framework for their client to achieve success (because they know what it looks like, feels like, and what it shouldn’t) ℹ️ Wait for permission from a potential client, before entering into and speaking into their space ➡️ It’s an honour and privilege to serve someone in such a powerful manner - respect the vulnerability the coaching client offers you! ℹ️ Listen ➡️To understand ℹ️ Listen ➡️ To reflect ℹ️ Listen ➡️ To ask guiding questions, NEVER to give advice (giving advice = teaching/trainer mode). Be mindful when to step into each role. It’s all about timing!

Winning mindset! When I say “winning”, don’t read 24/7 hustle or grinding till you collapse. Read “winning” according to your context and your “why”. These are super unhealthy mantras to live by. I’m merely starting in the entrepreneurial space, but as someone prone to burn-out and a recovering “workaholic” these are my guidelines: ℹ️ To use @Simon Sinek ‘s philosophy - Know your WHY! ℹ️ Make sure your why, your vision and your mission are always visible and top of mind - otherwise, it’s easy to go down rabbit holes which create an environment ripe for anxiety/restlessness/lack of sleep, etc. ℹ️ Are you serving to help others, or are you doing this for clout/status/likes/virality - The answer will drive your mindset

Before I turn to career management tools, I would first want to understand, diagnose and treat the cause of workplace stress. Only then, can one utilise career management tools effectively. You cannot make a clear and informed career choice, while your brain (and body) is consumed with stress. The frame of reference by which you make any career-based choices will be tainted and ill-informed. Using career management tools to manage workplace stress, is to manage the symptom. Deal and remove the problem, and THEN use career management tools to achieve a successful outcome and career transformation.

EQ/EI will help you close a sale by knowing when to keep quiet and when to talk. By understanding that your purpose is not to prove to the prospective client how much you know, but rather that you show how much you care about how to solve the prospective client's business problem/challenge.
