A leader does not have to wait for a trauma to develop Emotional Intelligence 😊 If someone is a leader in any organisation, Emotional Intelligence from the leader is already expected. If there is any specific tools that a leader can consider to develop is resilience and outlook. There are Neuroscience based techniques which help to develop resilience and outlook, both are important emotional styles which will go a long way to lessen the impact of any past trauma, or reoccurance of any traumatic event. Also, neuroscience based Mindfulness Meditation is something that the person can consider to go regularly...

Resistance to change. 🧠 Brain's normal process is to resist change, as change is seen as a loss (Loss Aversion Bias). Educate the client about how brain 🧠 processes the change, and bring it to clients awareness what is the impact of not changing and acting. Keeping in mind each behavior has a positive intention, coach can check with the client what is their positive intention of not changing, and work to address the intention, and see what new behaviours can be considered by the client, and coach can get the client into an agreement 🤝 frame, and work towards what is the first step that could be taken.

A good coach should not focus on the models, and should let go of the model based approach, as the presupposition behind using models is that model will work with everyone in the same manner, and that takes away the coaching presence, listening for the mental processes, patterns, etc. A good coach should focus on being present, and rely more on what's surfacing for the client moment by moment, and present that as an inquiry, and that makes coaching easy for the coach, and tailor made for the client, keeping in mind that each client is unique, have different sorting filters (beliefs, values, memories, mindset, meta program etc)

Well, the right coaching process for the client is that is created by the coach by dancing with the client in the moment, by paying attention to different elements that is being presented by the client: **Linguistic Patterns **Behavioural Patterns **Thinking Patterns **Emotional Patterns **Beliefs **Values misalignment **Meta programs, etc A good coach will customize the process on the go for each client by keeping in mind the presupposition, *Each person is unique*, and hence a custom approach would be required by paying attention to the nuances mentioned above.

Well, it depends on the quality of their thinking 💬 towards what they are strategizing, and how relevant are those strategies towards the outcome (strategic outcome) of the organization. Some of the things to consider would be how effectively the coach is asking the questions keeping in mind, what is the present state, where the client wants to go, and how the action plans are aligned with the outcome of the organization, while keeping in mind the ecology frame (risks/repercussions, etc), and how much of the action plans are in control of the client (external dependencies). The coach could also consider checking beliefs (anything limiting) and values (for alignment).
