Our certified Coaches take the time to get to know you and what is important to you. We form a partnership with you as your personal collaborator within a safe and confidential space. By exploring values, strengths, blind spots, and of course celebrating victories, we may help you see yourself from different perspectives and make meaning from your challenges. We spark awareness: to see relationships and patterns; awareness of how you manage yourself and your relationships with others; what leadership traits you can modify or amplify for enhanced effectiveness. We are not career coaches, we are coaches of people with careers. Our Coaches spend time in their own reflective space and embrace a growth mindset. We don’t come to Coaching with answers, only questions and tools for exploration. The content, choices and decisions are always the client’s. The Coach joins you to chart a path for discovery with an emphasis on action and accountability. We encourage ‘sticky learning’ - tangible quality takeaways that you can apply in other situations and areas of your life. The learning and action planning can be extended to Groups and Teams, described in greater detail in our Services section.
