How do you use NLP to pace and lead your conversation partner to a desired outcome?
It’s important to recognise that everyone has their own habitual ways of sitting, standing, using gestures and facial expressions. When you first experiment with matching and mirroring you are likely to find that other people’s habits are very different in detail and it’s hard to match non-verbal behaviour and still be present in the conversation. Practice is key. I recommend practice in situations where there is nothing at stake - social events, travelling etc. Then when you have mastered the skill take it into important meetings and conversations.

How do you choose the right NLP certification program for your needs and budget?
Because NLP is skill-based rather than knowledge-based, make sure that you will have lots of opportunities to practice while you are learning. Some courses include time to practice and receive feedback from the trainers, some are much shorter and that means you need to find a practice group or training buddy so you can practice outside of the formal training. If you don't practice you're unlikely to achieve a level of skill where you can do anything useful with your NLP.

…who are also highly dissatisfied!
At Jaguar Land Rover, changes of ownership had prompted a change in the culture in the IT department and the strategic plans of the business meant that relationship building between IT and other departments became very important.
Over a two-year period we ran 6 x 3-month development programmes, resulting in a marked increase in confidence, communications skills and emotional intelligence.Other creatorsSee project -

Over a period of 12 months, we facilitated 5 workshops for the team and supported the Project Leader with individual coaching. The system upgrade was successfully completed with no major impact on business operations and a marked increase in the confidence and capability of the team.

This significant growth in business set them apart at a time when most other organisations in the sector were struggling.
