Management Development

Hazelbranch was responsible for coaching the Managing Director of Morgan Hunt, an award winning SME. The coaching identified a need to strengthen the capability of the management team to help reduce staff turnover and increase performance.

A stronger process approach was needed to ensure consistency, and the Hazelbranch also identified key attributes requiring development for the management team.

Hazelbranch worked with the HR team to develop and implement a twelve month training program for the management team.

The bespoke program was complimented with a shorter program from Hazelbranch for the senior team to ensure the messages in the training were consistent and supported.
