Communication is key- concept in both our personal and professional lives and NLP is the key holder. It enables people to actively listen, care and connect when sharing information, ideas and emotions. Through its vast variety of skills and techniques, NLP is an essential part of any human being that values connectiveness as a form of getting forward in this life.

NLP has a massive impact in individual and organizational training and coaching. In Greece, there is an amazingly increasing number of professionals who use NLP modalities in coaching, management, recruiting and HR roles. Nevertheless, individuals who have undertaken high-quality NLP courses, testify the exquisite shifts in their everyday life and relationships to themselves and others.

Requirements for practicing NLP in Greece

Since NLP is not regulated in Greece yet, there are some challenges in practicing and teaching NLP. Basically, it is up to Ambassadors and board Coordinators to fully accept the responsibility of ensuring the Code of Ethics are up to date within the NLP professionals.

To deliver NLP Trainings, one has to be an accredited NLP Trainer (although there is no Greek Board to certify this or Complaint Procedure for people who buy NLP services*) from the official NLP Certifying Organisations, as listed in ANLP website.

We do encourage NLP Professionals that deliver NLP, to hold a public liability insurance, although there is no professional body requiring it. It is, though, for the best interest of the NLP Professional.
