Welcome to ANLP in Pakistan. Over the last 6 years NLP has really taken root in Pakistan. More and more people are searching for NLP trainings as well as NLP coaches. It has also meant that there are discrepancies in the quality of training some NLP coaches have attended.

If you are interested in enrolling for an NLP training or engaging an NLP coach, it is of high value to see the credentials of the trainer and/or coach. Where have they received their trainings from, and which associations are they members of.

Not all Associations are equal. ANLP is one of the premier NLP Associations in the world with an emphasis on high standards, ethics and professionalism which is expected of its members as well and especially the ambassadors.

Benefits of being an ANLP Member in Pakistan

The benefits of being part of the ANLP Association are multiple. Primarily though, it’s a reflection of a high standard of recognised training that you have achieved. Being part of ANLP also becomes a safety umbrella in terms of complaints that may come up. It also gives you access to a global community of NLP experts where there is a cross-pollination of ideas, collaborations, access to international community for your trainings and services, and so much more. And finally, it is a stamp of credibility in your career as a coach or trainer.

Legal requirements for practising NLP in Pakistan

Currently NLP and coaching is unregulated in Pakistan. Which means there are no checks to authenticate the quality or standard of trainings and services. Thus, there have been people using NLP Coach as a title when they have done just a short online course or equivalent. There is though talk of bringing in legislation to regulate the therapy and wellbeing industry. Having an ANLP membership will enable you to standout and reflect professionalism in your practice and business. And once regulation is put in place, already being part of an international association will make the process easier.

Do you need insurance?

Pakistan has a low insurance culture relative to many other countries. At the moment, there is no insurance that is needed or available for Coaches or Trainers. However, as we expand into having larger international clients and participants in our trainings, this is an area worth exploring, for obtaining insurance for yourselves internationally.

Qualifications for NLP trainings and NLP Coaching in Pakistan

Currently most recognised trainers are registered with international associations. One does not need additional qualifications, apart from the NLP qualifications, to practice as an NLP coach or to conduct NLP trainings. It is highly recommended to continually add to your toolkit of trainings and capabilities to enhance the quality of your delivery.

It is an exciting time to be practicing NLP in Pakistan and is one of the fastest growing modalities. More and more individuals and organisations are looking for people with NLP knowhow for their development and it is currently very easy to engage in a quality NLP training in Pakistan and to start a career as an NLP professional.
