As a fully qualified and insured therapist I support my clients in navigating life transitions with a balance, vibrancy and authenticity. Having studied philosophy, psychology and counselling, I blend a range of theories, therapy models and powerful interventions such as coaching and NLP.

I work with clients who experience depression, anxiety, grief, family related issues, quarter and middle life crisis and a general lack of satisfaction, direction and purpose in life. Except for listening and joining my clients on their journey, I take care of bringing the elements of self-compassion, acceptance and forgiveness to their attention.

I provide bespoke programs that can suit many different individual arrangements. Sessions are conducted in person, by phone or via a video call or they can be exclusively online. My fees also varies, depending on the unique needs of each person and they are discussed and agreed during the first consultation.

For me, the secrets of a meaningful and good therapy lie in the relationship that is created between the therapist and their clients. It has to feel right, safe and comfortable but also challenging so it will leave a scope for personal growth. The connection can utilise crucial roles, it can be both, supportive and reparative.
