Adding NLP to my skills has been critical to offering you the best service I can, as often the role of NLP in sales, conflict in the workplace and in collaboration is used, but very rarely understood. As an accredited NLP practitioner I have the skills to bring more enlightenment to table to utilise the benefits to you as a business owner/manager and your business. I am also a Qualified PP Coach, Accredited DISC Profile Practioner, CPD Registered Provider and PRINCE2 and PRINCE2 Agile Project Manager Qualified. 

Having external professional skills helps to understand my clients worlds and to be able to talk their language too. 

With over 30 Years in the commerical sector from Start-ups, SMEs to Corporates and Venture Capital Backed Businesses my hands on experience of running and making businesses work is extensive.
Moving into Coaching as a part time profession allows me to continue to run my own business and to offer much needed support to both businesses and business owners/managers to get the best out of their businesses and themselves.
Running a business is hugely rewarding, dynamic exciting and for many is a lifestyle. These great positives can have also some opposites which is where I personally have benefited from coaching and mentoring.
