Bettina Pickering

Bettina is passionate about helping leaders and individuals increase their performance at work and achieve their life goals through coaching and action learning. She uses a variety of methodologies and tools including C-IQ, somatics, MBTI I & II, NLP, personal coaching, team coaching and targeted behavioural change interventions.

Background:

Bettina has over 20 years international consultancy experience in employee engagement, business transformation, complex organisational culture change and people change management in the private and public sectors. After engineering and marketing roles, she worked for PA Consulting Group for 13 years. In 2010, she founded her own change consultancy and coaching firm, Aronagh Ltd, based in London, UK, and in 2017 she founded Aronagh Ireland Ltd, based in Dublin and Co. Bettina is an NLP Trainer and Master Practitioner, has a Practitioner Coach Diploma for executive and life coaching. She is an accredited Master Executive & Life Coach, accredited Master Mentor and qualified as a C-IQ practitioner coach. She holds an MA in applied Coaching focussed on emotions & leadership. She is certified to administer MBTI I & II. In addition, she is a qualified fitness instructor and a Qi Gong teacher for medical, health and martial Qi Gong systems. Bettina has also trained in Energetic NLP (to level 4) and a number of other Energetic practices such as Reiki.

Where appropriate she combines NLP/coaching with movement and other somatic techniques to help her clients progress towards their goals even faster.
