I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist and I received my training from the College of Naturopathic Medicine. I am also an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner, which I view as a valuable tool for supporting my clients in understanding how they organise their thinking, feeling, language and behaviour to produce the results they do.

On top of my official training, I travel extensively to the latest health conferences and lectures to further my knowledge, and keep fully up-to-date on the latest scientific research.

I use a holistic, whole body and mind approach to explore the root cause of my client’s health concerns. I believe in the power of simple real food meals and healthy lifestyle choices, coupled with goal-setting and positive mindset, as a strong foundation for optimal health. My clinical experience has shown me that often the simplest of changes can have the biggest impact.

As well as Nutrition, I look at the way my clients breath, sleep, handle stress, who their community is, their connection with nature, and much more. I view every one of my clients as completely unique and support them as such.

Every plan is individually designed to cater to my client’s unique needs. I delve deep into the underlying causes of their health concerns and we work together to build a strong foundation of health. I teach my clients how to really listen to their body, how to become a better partner with it, and how best to nourish themselves, in a simple, time-efficient but long-lasting way.

I am a registered member of the Naturopathic Nutrition Association (NNA), the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and The Association for NLP (ANLP).
