The course is designed to give you an incredible learning and  transformational experience. You will discover so much about yourself, become even more curious as to others' perspectives and be able to have better relationships with them.

You will also discover new insights and resources that you may not even know you had!  You will learn how to access and use these resources in your future, whenever you need them; whether in your personal life, work life and family life etc. In fact, what you will learn will enable you to see life through a different lens, to enable you to create a life by design; to be happier, have more choice, be free from old habits and unwanted thoughts or beliefs and to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviours.

You will learn:

  • The foundations of NLP including; the Communication model, the history and the neuroscience behind NLP.

  • How you store information and beliefs and how to change them easily using Submodalities.

  • How to look at situations from different perspectives to enable change though the use of your language (Framing, Reframing and Perceptual Positions).

  • Tools to enable you to change behaviours you no longer need e.g. Swish, New Behaviour Generator etc.

  • How to resolve traumas and remove phobias quickly and safely.

  • Advanced language patterns such as Milton and Meta Model and how to communicate directly with your unconscious mind through metaphors and other tools.

  • The programs that create the structure of your personality (Meta Programs).

  • How to create resource anchors, remove unwanted emotions and how to help people tap into many resources at the same time to bring about greater success.

  • In more depth about how we store time and how we can use our own personal timeline to make changes in terms of unwanted emotions and beliefs, plus how to create a compelling and exciting future.

  • You will learn how to elicit a person's strategy as well as the basics of modelling so you can learn how others achieve excellence.
