I have been a Master Practitioner since 1998, NLP Trainer, Coach Mentor and Critical Friend and Education Consultant, Change Facilitator and Business Studies Teacher for many years.

I ran the Redbridge NLP practice group for 8 years, and aiming to develop this again in Redbridge.

I facilitated with PPDLearning for many years, supported participants with achieving their goals and modelling projects. I won an award which was presented by Judith Lowe and Judie Delozier - for social change/inclusion projects within education.

My background is in Education Sector -promoting social inclusion and enabling schools to deliver Study Support/Out of School Hours Learning.

I Provide Critical Friend Consultancy to support providers to self-evaluate their activities utilising The Extended Learning Framework. I have facilitated local authority and education establishments through a remodelling process to implement change, government Extended Services/Every Child Matters agenda - see case study at

I work with individuals, groups, providing professional and personal coaching, as well as business mentoring - face to face and telephone coaching. I have worked with people to achieve enhanced relationships e.g. family, colleagues, health empowerment and healing, work related goals, career development, and accelerated learning for both young people and adults, as well as life stage decisions.

I am affiliated with and support to some local charities the NHS-Expert Patients Programme, Richmond Fellowship (Women's Group - positive mental health), Pantonic Steel Orchestra - Young People's Steel band, Eden's Trust Bereavement Support Group, Fibromyalgia Group, and my local church as well as Canterbury Christchurch University as a Professional Member and IOEE Institute of Enterprise and Get Mentoring. I am also training for NLP Psychotherapy.

Qualifications: BA Business Studies (Hons), PGCE in Education, PGCE Critical Friendship, 2 NLP Master Practitioner, 3 Practitioner, Neurological Repartterning, Thought Pattern Management, Hypnotherapy, Clean Language-Symbollic Modelling, Time Line Therapy, LAB profile, Reflexology Therapy, NLP Master Coach, Mentor, Mediator, Remodelling Consultancy/Change Facilitation, NCFE Counselling.
