I specialise in personality behavioural profiling, developing the behaviour and language that build self-awareness and understanding of other people behaviour; I also focus on creating collaborative relationships and making changes possible even when challenges seemed insurmountable.

I am a qualified accredited D.I.S.C Model Personality Profiling; accredited Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and a Professional Member of ANLP International CIC.

I have combined my many years of experience and skills in the construction industry to encapsulate D.I.S.C profiling system, Cognitive Behavioural Coaching and NLP Skills, Tools and Technique into creating the EDTE strategic approach comprising of two Parts. Part 1: – Explore and discover (ED) – using DISC personality assessment, analysis and interpretation

Part 2: – Transform and Excel (TE) – Language and Behaviour tools and techniques, Cognitive Behavioural Coaching and NLP techniques and Processes
The two lots will provide well-structured methods that are practical, design to link to any required situations and able to achieve the desired outcome.

I am educated academically up to university Master Degree (MSc) level in Project Management from the University of Reading and a Bachelor of Science (BSc. Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Nigeria. I am currently serving on the Board of Trustees of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
