Andrea Elise Bremner

Since 2001 Andrea has been working with children, teenagers and adults specialist in anxiety management.
Andrea is based in Fleet, Hampshire, and has a Masters degree from Loughborough University in Psychology and Physiology. She is a Mindfulness and Neuro Linguistic Programming Master and is a specialist in anxiety management, as well as working in other areas of mental health. Since 2001 Andrea has been working with children, teenagers and adults, providing strong support, empathy and motivation specific to individual needs. By teaching effective techniques of Mindfulness and NLP, Andrea enables her clients to make their desired behaviour change.
