I help women, who know they are made for more, ditch the self doubt so they can shift their mindset, build confidence and take courageous action towards their soul yes career path. 

Using a mixture of Positive Psychology, NLP and mBIT (Multiple Brain Integration Technique) I apply neuroscience to coaching so you can break free of old patterns and start to create profound change.  I'm passionate about helping women to connect to what their hearts truely desire. Everyone deserves to believe in their abilites and be doing something they feel passionate and connected to on a day to day basis. 

My strategies are focused on bringing awareness to the blocks that hold my clients back and then helping them embody sustained mindset changes. You'll come away with your own emotional toolbox, clarity on what your next steps are and the confidence and belief in yourself to acheive your soul yes career goals. 

I work on a 1-2-1 basis for a minimunm of 3 months with bi-weekly deep dive sessions (90 minutes) and bi-weekly accountability calls (30 minutes).  It's a great way to provide a support container for your journey into discovery whilst also keeping you accountable to your goals and outcomes. 

I also offer a free 30 minute discovery call. A good relationship between coach and client is so important for your journey so this is a great way to make sure we have a great connection.

Based between London and Whitstable - sessions are currently held on Zoom with a view to add in face to face options as and when we can.
