In 2000, I was introduced to NLP as part of my reasearch into the validity and reliability of Interviews as part of a Post Graduate Diploma in Occupational Assessments. From then until 2007, I maintained an interest in NLP although did not feel the desire to do more than read an occasional book.

At the beginning of 2007, I met a great trainer who re-ignited the embers of interest and I decided to complete some formal training. I completed my Practitioner certificate (accredited by INHNLP) and then assisted in the delivery of a Coaching with NLP programme (using the HNLP coaching model and accredited by them as well). After that my progression to Certified Trainer has been great fun and I have co-run a number of Practitioner programmes.

In terms of delivery, I run both a 12 day modular NLP Coaching Practitioner programme and a 1-day Introduction to NLP (Communicating Even Better with NLP). I also have a portfolio of coaching clients. The coaching can include the provision of feedback on MBTI and 360-degree profiles to individuals. I also diagnose, design and deliver bespoke leadership and management programmes that are based upon my years of experience in leadership and management roles as well as using models that are founded on NLP principles and which I have researched or delivered before (eg 7 Habits of Highly Effective People).
