Jessica Bentley

Hi, my name is Jess, and I am an NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer, Life Coach and Reiki Master. I have been on a journey of personal and spiritual growth for nearly 10 years now and my own personal journey started with NLP in 2013.

As a coach, my approach is one that looks to acknowledge and then pull out any blocks at the root, thus creating long-term emotional healing. My moto is 'every emotion is a valid emotion', so we must learn to honour and value them all, in order to truly heal.

As an NLP trainer, my 5D NLP training programme is for personal, emotional and spiritual growth and transformation. 5D means Fifth Dimension, which refers to a new level of reality in which consciousness, love, joy, compassion and divine wisdom prevail. As a result, this training will take you on a journey of self-discovery and enlightenment that will give you a deep sense of connection, purpose and healing.
