I decided to book 5 NLP Coaching Sessions with Kate as I needed a more structured approach in my career development. I wanted to focus on identifying what skills I needed to become more effective in my role and help to open future professional opportunities.

Kate worked with me to look at my current role, targets and desired goals. She used different techniques to help me set myself achievable targets and I recorded them on the templates provided in a way that would highlight my journey.

During each session we looked at the progress I had made, and I found it really motivating to see this written down in front of me and it helped me stay focused for the next session. Kate kept me centered on my own development and the things I can influence; this will be something I will take with me and use in my work and personal life going forward.

I progressed every target that I set myself and discovered how interconnected they all were. With Kate as my accountability partner I was more committed to reaching my goals, and her process helped me engaged with my purpose and allow me to focus.
