Laura Stephenson-Davies

Hi

I am Laura, I am passionate about living a balanced life, being the best you can be, and supporting others as they take steps to transform their lives.  I am a qualified NLP Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, NLP Trainer and soon to be a Cognitive Hypnotherapist with a background in business development, HR, recruitment and marketing.  My experience has been gained through working for large corporations and supporting the growth of SME's.

​I am fortunate to work with individuals and teams wanting to make lasting change in their lives, and explore what is possible on a personal and professional level.  These changes send out ripples that can positively impact the lives of significant others, and beyond!   

​Finding balance has been key to me feeling happy and fulfilled. I am a mum to three amazing and unique children.  They are my greatest teachers, they know how to ground me and inspire me.  I am also a Ballroom & Latin American dancer, dress designer, life long learner and MS warrior - I believe 'if someone can, anyone can' and no matter what life throws at you, we can use that to make life meaningful and amazing.
