Mémé Watanabe has her own practice at, Transformative Nutrition and works in a collaborative team of practitioners at Biohealth Clinic UK where she has a particular focus in digestive and cognitive health.  She also works with The Centre for Integrative Sports Nutrition and has 25-years experience in the practice of mindfulness. She uses these aspects together with her interest in mindful communication to help and empower people to understand the importance of the body-mind connection to support whole-body health.

​Mémé has a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Nutrition Science from the University of Middlesex, a Nutritional Therapy Practice Diploma from CNELM, a Diploma in Health and Nutrition from Greenwich University and BCNH and she is a certified NLP (neurolinguistic programming) practitioner. She is a member of the British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Management, the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council and the Association for Neuro Linguistic Programming.
