I'm often asked what made me become a coach and why I chose to become an NLP Master Practitioner. Well, it happended by chance when I decided to embark on a Masters Degree in Coaching & Mentoring. The course helped me understand why I wasn't living my best life and enabled me to divest of my emotional baggage, limiting beleifs and build a new identity, and live the happy life I deserved.
At the same time as studying for my Masters degree I was introduced to NLP and decided to join Sue Knight's first ever online NLP Practitioner Course. The learning was profound and life changing, and I went on to join Sue's NLP Master Practitioner programme.
I believe my purpose to is to help other people 'fly free' and live the life they've always wanted.

I had three sessions with Sarah which were extremely helpful to me. Sarah supported significant shifts in my thinking and I feel like I made great progress towards my goals. Sarah has a wonderful quiet and calm approach which made me feel cared for. She's also very thoughtful, taking time to reflect on the process as it's happening. I'd highly recommend Sarah.
