ANLP Roles: ANLP Team

Amanda has brought her vast experience of customer service to ANLP having spent 4 years working as a Bluecoat Entertainer for Pontins and the last 12 years working for Dixons Carphone. She progressed in this time at Dixons to the position of Operations Manager, overseeing a diverse team with the focus of providing minimal loss to the company whilst maintaining a high level of service to customers at all times.

Amanda’s main role as the ANLP Relationships Manager will involve working closely with all of our trainers to find out what they need from us to support them better.  She looks forward to applying her customer service knowledge and passion for engaging with people to this role.  Amanda’s bubbly and exuberant personality is sure to work well in this area!

Amanda was introduced to NLP when she sang with the London Show Choir at the NLP Awards ceremony during the 2017 conference. She found the experience uplifting and emotional, being opened up to a whole new way of thinking.  She looks forward to expanding her knowledge of this with further NLP training which she can then apply to her hobbies and daily life.

In her spare time Amanda enjoys travelling with her Husband, Paul, (especially to Italy) and singing with the London Show Choir and Jupiter Singers.  She’s delighted to have become part of the ANLP team and is excited to explore the world of NLP further, adding her own energy and vibrance to this incredible group of people.
