Tony Nutley

Tony Nutley is the Director of Training at the UK College of Personal Development, a partner at MBS Coaching and the Director of Events at the Be Inspired Group.  For the past 14 years, Tony has been at the forefront of NLP and its applications in Coaching, and was one of the first NLP trainers in the UK to get their NLP Practitioner training academically recognised as a Coaching qualification (ILM Level 5 Diploma in Coaching).  
From the start of his career, Tony has worked hard to have NLP recognised both professionally and academically, developing ideas and in bringing key people together to move various projects forward.   

Tony’s key development interest in NLP has been in modelling concepts that enable clients to create empowering beliefs. Using this experience, Tony continues to add value to the NLP training programmes at the UK College of Personal Development. 

With a particular interest in Leadership Development, Tony has a proven track record of success with senior Leaders and Managers in organisations of varying size by applying NLP tools to Executive Coaching and organisational change and cultural development.

Tony is the author of two best selling books: “The Little Book of Personal Development” and “Goals: Set Goals, Hit Targets, Achieve Success”.

Tony is an advisor to the Association For Coaching (AC) on standards of training programmes, recognition and accreditation. (Training Course Recognition Forum).

Tony lives and primarily works in Swindon, Wiltshire where the UK College of Personal Development’s main offices are, however he works all over the UK as a guest trainer on various NLP training programmes, and as an Executive Coach.
