I am the author of "Suggestive Stories for the Sleeping Mind". My life philosophy is to keep learning and to always have fun - enjoying a balanced life. This is something I wish to share with as many people as possible and help others to find and follow their own life philosophy. From personal practice I have found how bad habits can limit expected results and also how techniques from NLP, Time Line Therapy, Hypnotherapy and mBIT coaching can be used to form new habits that work better for achieving positive results and exceeding expectations.
I have worked with teenagers anxious about managing the expectations placed on them from their peer groups, exam results and future plans to set goals for their future aspirations.

This is one of those books that is easy to read straight through but also helpful to pick up at the section needed for the moment. As a teacher I found this is a great book about making full use of my voice to take control of a classroom of rowdy teenagers and increase my awareness of my voice for different uses in the classroom - giving direct instructions, explaining complex concepts, managing behaviour, etc. Also, as an mBIT coach, this book links with research about connecting what you are thinking, feeling, and the motivation to share your voice (or not). Through making use of your breathing, posture and inner voice, you can make the most of your voice! I would recommend this book to anyone who needs to use their voice for work whether that is teaching, coaching, board meetings, telesales, etc. You will soon connect to your self and make better use of your voice to speak confidently in a way that makes others want to listen, connect and come back to hear more.
