Thabiso Mailula was born and raised in a very large village called Bolobedu, infamous for being ruled by Queen Modjadji the, the Rain Queen, is an International Award winning NLP Trainer and Master NLP Practitioner based in South Africa. He is also the ANLP International Ambassador for South Africa continuously spreading the light NLP sparks in the lives of people through his courses, coaching, workshops and talks. Thabiso is passionate about Personal/Organisational Development, Mental Health Awareness, Public Speaking, Peak Performance, Leadership and simply liberating people from themselves and their past.
Thabiso worked for 7 years with clients who had been diagnosed with mental health and addiction problems at the Talisman Foundation and the Central Gauteng Mental Health Society where his job was to reintergrate these clients back into society using psycho-education, counselling and Neuro Linguistic Programming approaches. He had such great success with his clients that they together with his colleagues nominated him for using NLP in Health at the International NLP Awards in 2018. Thabiso was awarded the ANLP Inspiration Award by NLP for his efforts to leave Africa for the first time under difficult circumstances to do whatever in takes to attend the NLP International Conference and the NLP Awards in London. That continues to be the moment Thabiso Mailula cherishes for he says that is the first time in his life he felt seen and acknowledged for simply being himself.
Thabiso is passionate about educating and empowering people to change their limiting beliefs and to discover difference that makes the difference for the to overcome challenges in their personal and professional lives so they can make the rest of their lives the best. He worked as an educator teaching Abnormal Psychology at the South African College of Aplied Psychology and in 2018 he launched his very own Life Coaching and NLP Training Academy called The Subconscious Frequency Academy which is now able to cater for both local and international clients. Thabiso’s mission, is to empower, inspire and motivate people to make the changes they want in their lives, relationships and the world they live in so they can be the difference that makes the difference. Thabiso uses his therapeutic and NLP Coaching experience to bring about greater self-awareness, emotional intelligence, breakthrough experiences and development for both individuals and groups. This is in the form of motivational talks, individual and group NLP Coaching sessions; to help effect sustainable change and empowerment in those who feel stagnant or feel they are not where they want to be in their career or their lives. Thabiso strongly believes that, by simply changing the way you currently perceive yourself, the people around you and the world you live in, you will transform your life in the most profound way. I am amazed at how much I am learning and unlearning of myself I am doing in this course and we are not even 7 days into the course. I am noticing a lot of self-limiting beliefs that I accumulated through my life experiences. I am not on;y enjoying the course but i think this a a very valuable course for everyone alive, no matter which field/profession they are in or a phase of life one is. This course can always propel one to be a higher self and do better than they are.
I did the NLP Business Practitioner program with Thabiso Mailula in September and October 2021. It was a very rich program where I learnt many NLP techniques. The energy that Thabiso has, is very transferrable to all of the attendees, his story telling and way of sharing his knowledge is very inspirational. I very highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to deepen his knowledge and understanding in NLP. With Thabiso, I genuinely felt that NLP is a way of being.

I personally feel like Thabiso is able to notice potential from afar and he doesn't leave your life without unleashing the greatness within you. Thabiso is a very patient coach, very efficient and makes sure he finishes what he starts. His ability to train is on another level. Not only is he able to teach according to your pace , he's also able to bring you up to speed. Not only is he able to notice potential, he also provides opportunities. I for one give Thabiso 5stars ***** because he puts his heart in all he does. Talk about passion. The only thing I would do is to multiply him because I believe the world needs a person/trainer/coach/mentor like him in a time such as this.
