ANLP Community Interest Statement

ANLP International CIC is registered as a Community Interest Company (CIC).

A CIC is a form of social enterprise designed to benefit the wider community rather than prioritising profit for individuals who own or run the organisation.

For ANLP, this means our work focuses on benefiting three interconnected communities:

• the general public
• the NLP profession
• the ANLP membership community

Rather than operating purely as a profit-driven organisation, any surplus generated by ANLP is reinvested to support the development of NLP and the communities we serve.

Our Community Interest Commitment

As part of becoming a Community Interest Company, ANLP was required to submit a formal Community Interest Statement to the CIC Regulator.

This statement is available on the public record at Companies House. For transparency, we reproduce it below.

Company Activities and How They Benefit the Community

To encourage and support generative collaboration rather than competition.

• By having an independent, impartial advisory facility which benefits both the NLP community and the general public.

To promote the benefits of NLP, coaching and development by encouraging a fair, ethical and consistent approach from Members, Trainers and Subscribers.

• By raising and maintaining ethical conduct and standards within the NLP, coaching and development arena.

To develop and promote the website, www.anlp.org

• By having the website as a vehicle for independent and impartial information for the general public.

Our Community Interest Company Mission Statement

If ANLP makes any surplus profit it will be used for:

• reinvestment into research and resources that directly benefit the community
• supporting projects, associations, charities and individuals working in the fields of NLP, coaching and development
