Collaborating Associations

ANLP works in collaboration with a number of leading international NLP organisations to help strengthen professional standards and responsible practice across the wider NLP community.

One example of this collaboration is the Talking Circle of Associations (TCA) — a partnership between several established international NLP associations who share a commitment to supporting the credibility and professional development of NLP worldwide.

The Talking Circle of Associations

The Talking Circle of Associations (TCA) brings together a small group of established international NLP associations who share a commitment to strengthening the credibility and professional standards of NLP worldwide.

ANLP is one of the founding participants in this collaborative forum, which provides a space for leading NLP organisations to exchange ideas, share perspectives and explore ways of supporting responsible NLP practice across the profession.

Through this collaboration, the participating associations work together to:

  • support high standards of professional NLP training and practice
  • encourage ethical and responsible delivery of NLP services
  • strengthen the credibility of NLP internationally
  • share examples of effective NLP practice across professional sectors

The Talking Circle of Associations also welcomes dialogue with other NLP organisations and stakeholders who are committed to building a positive and responsible future for NLP.

Unified Code of Ethics

In April 2022, the participating associations announced a Unified Code of Ethics, representing a shared commitment to ethical professional practice within NLP.

The initiative demonstrates how leading NLP organisations can work together to support consistent ethical standards and responsible professional practice across the field.
