Play and Art Therapy

Spend a day exploring creative ways to engage with your clients using play and art.

25th January 2026

Slough, Bucks

Judy Bartkowiak

As Practitioners we need a number of ways to connect depending on our client and where they are on their healing journey. We need alternatives to talking techniques which connect to the left brain. Having creative right brain activities enables our client to break state from what you have done before and engage with their issue in a different way, a more child-like way, more playful.

These activities enable us to make good use of our clean language techniques and allow us to change the connection with our client and enable them to get a different insight on their issue.

These techniques are particularly useful for overwhelm, stuck states, blocks, freeze and I find them incredibly useful for new clients as while they are doing the activity we can observe their patterns. We can wonder about their VAK, their metaprogrammes and use clean language to find out if these programmes are working for them or not.

There will aspects of both art and play - it will be fun as well as a learning experience.

We will be working from 10-4pm
