Jaffer is a highly motivated social entrepreneur, coach and trainer and began his NLP journey back in 2015. Since then he has immersed himself in learning more, developing himself and others and providing experential learning experiences. To say that NLP transformed his life would not be an overstatement as Jaffer explains:
"Once I realised that NLP wasn't a new set of tools and techniques, rather it was stuff that I or other people were already doing (and often doing it well!) but unconsciously, I realised the power of doing stuff more consciously and what impact and effect that would have. As a result, my relationships with others has flourished and my understanding of myself has deepened and this has led to a more fulfilling, enriching life all round!"
Having been trained by two wonderful trainers (whom have NLP running through them like Blackpool in a stick of rock!) has led him to developing a style in which he translates concepts and tools into plain speaking, easy to understand English and in a way that’s captivating and humorous. Jaffer’s extensive training also means that he has a wealth of tools at his fingertips and can often work helping his clients to create unexplored solutions alongside clear, actionable plans. His colleagues would describe him and his coaching and training as creative, supportive and energetic. He has often been commended on his ability to develop strong meaningful and sustainable relationships in incredibly short amounts of time.
Having been involved in his community since his teens, Jaffer is deeply passionate about the power of local people who can make changes to themselves and others when given the resources and opportunities to do so. Jaffer has spent all of his career working across the public and voluntary sectors. In doing so, Jaffer has a real sense of the struggle people face when wanting to help as many of their peers and fellow community members as possible but needing to prioritise.
Refreshingly unassuming, Jaffer believes in putting others first. His track record in supporting people through change is astounding and far reaching. He has supported individuals, communities and organisations locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.

During lockdown I joined an online NLP revision group and met Jaffer there. The group covered the 151 core questions of NLP and we had 15 weekly sessions. Even though It was through Zoom I got to know Jaffer very well. He is enthusiastic, energetic, and embodies the core values of NLP. When my supervisor had to take a break for two months I asked Jaffer if he could be a sounding board for me, not to replace my supervisor but maybe to provide some state management. I experienced his skilful application of NLP at first hand. I found him to be sensitive and intuitive. He is empathic and authentic. In the online groups that he has established he is always welcoming, inclusive, and warm. He demonstrates his ability to manage a group and he builds rapport and trust effortlessly. His commitment to helping others and consolidating his own learning and development is remarkable. I would recommend him to anyone.
People working with Jaffer can't fail to feel energised when working with him. He has a real eye for detail, can create shifts when coaching and is a pleasure to work with!
Jaffer is a most fascinating and enthusiastic human being His connection with others, ability to spread happiness, continued PSD and contribution to others is quite remarkable My experiences of Jaffer are like a breath of fresh air, I find him to be authentic, honest and open in a world that is far from that. He will be an asset and an absolute gift to any organisation he chooses to represent. LIz Bailey
