Hi my name is Paul, throughout my career I've specialised in Leadership, Management, Mentoring & Teaching. The highlights have been firmly focused around enabling people to reach their goals.
Obtaining a BA(Hons) First in Business in 2017, I completed my PGCE in Further Education in May 2022. I am the Uniformed Public Services Lecturer and Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme Manager for Gloucestershire College.
With the aim of increasing the rapport and outcome of my students, I qualified as a Master NLP Coach and Clinical Hypnotherapist, to fully understand their VARK learning styles in order to tailor and best suit the approach to their learning needs.
Recently I've achieved my L3 First Aid at Work, L2 Mental Health First Aid and L1 Reiki qualifications.

I recently worked with Paul on a mild Rosacea issue that had returned to discomfit me. Within five minutes of chatting to Paul I was happily in a trance state dealing with the deep source of the issue which had nothing to do with things I had been consuming like I thought. Since my session with Paul the Rosacea made a huge reduction and is now on the way out. I felt totally at ease with Paul and was very impressed in the way he inquired about my issue and the words he used to guide me through what was at hand. Relaxed and professional, I recommend Paul highly! Thank you Paul!

I have been struggling to adapt to certain circumstances that I have happened in my life, past and present. Paul has given me lots of confidence to move past these issues and now thanks to his training, I have overcome my fears and I am realising my goal and embarking on a new career.
