A daughter, sister, wife, mum of teens and dogs, previous Head of Organisational Development in a regional organisation and now the Founder/Director of Firefly Facilitation Ltd – the mother ship for Firefly Life Coaching.

Coaching is an experience all about your unique journey of discovery, self-illumination, positivity, simplicity, and self-awareness. Intentionally one moment, one thought, one well-considered action at a time to create the shift or change that you want or need.

Creating a safe, comfortable, and creative space for you to have total thinking and feeling freedom, to self-reflect, to show yourself some gratitude, to stay grounded, to find and hold deeper meaning for your life and to encourage you to stay true to yourself. 

My role is to use my coaching skills to serve you. Being your coach, cheer leader or challenger I will forever seek after your light and ways you can make it shine even more brightly, helping you find inspiration and begin believing in your unknown or long-forgotten hopes and dreams. 

To enhance that even further I have a suite of diagnostic tools available that will help increase your self-awareness and transform how you go about your life. 

All these tools broaden your understanding of you and get to real depth to support you in understanding how to unlock your purpose, happiness and develop strategies to focus on the activities, situations and beliefs that bring the most light to your life.
