With 25+ years in business and two decades deep in coaching, leadership, OD and people strategy, I have worked across all sorts of sectors. Always focused on one thing - building successful, human-first workplaces that people love to be part of.

From the boardroom to the breakout room, I help helps teams tackle complex challenges with clarity, creativity and care.

I am especially passionate about championing women to find their spark and purpose. And when I'm not coaching or consulting, I'm juggling life as a mum, dog-lover, wife, daughter, sister, friend, business owner and funeral celebrant.
