Mike is a dedicated, innovative and creative therapist, training professional and NLP & Hypnotherapy Supervisor with over 19 years experience of training and developing people at all levels. His driving passion is helping people to connect with their true potential in order to help them make the changes they want in their lives.
His unique specialist skills are founded on combining the transformational change techniques of Hypnotherapy, NLP, Mindfulness, EFT, Coaching and States of Mind coaching with the traditional training and development techniques he has honed over the last 25 years.
His approach when working with clients, whether individual or corporate, is a simple one that supports and sustains all of the change work he does. He believes that every change or development process must be ‘client centered’ and that the therapeutic or change journey of the therapist, trainer and client must have this principle at its core if it is to achieve lasting success and the results that the client expects and deserves.
After having spent nearly eighteen years working in developing, growing and nurturing people and their potential in a global international blue chip company, Mike is now committed to help people achieve true and lasting transformational change.
