Membership Benefits - Community

The benefit of belonging to the ANLP Community is having access to like-minded professionals to share your experiences with, lean into with questions and queries, share best practice tips, find collaborative partners AND celebrate your successes.

Our Social Media presence is increasing and we love to interact with you on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter…

Every month, the ANLP team host community cafes on Zoom, where you can come to connect with fellow members, ask questions and be curious about all things NLP.

We have exclusive members groups for actively communicating with members, sharing and collaborating and offering a safe space for members to lean in and get support from the community.

In response to feedback have a number of focus groups to develop various Community Interest Projects.

ANLP have been working with trainers to develop a better understanding of how students are given information about ANLP and general NLP-led business practices.

These regional forums are arranged by collaborating with our International or Regional Ambassadors or local members in the area. Both local members and potential members are invited to join representatives of the ANLP team to give feedback and hear the latest ANLP news...and they are now available virtually too!

The idea of Practice Groups is so that like-minded individuals with a passion in NLP, whether for personal development or as a profession, can get together and share their ideas, models and experiences.

The ANLP International/Regional Ambassador is a prestigious position within ANLP. Each Ambassador is selected as truly representative of the ethics, professionalism and aspirations of ANLP and their members with a focus within a particular country or UK region.

ANLP offer you independence from any training school or organisation AND inclusivity – regardless of where you trained or who you trained with, as long as you meet the minimum criteria for membership*, you can join ANLP.

The ANLP Team provide relevant information for you via the Social Media channels and the Members Updates. If there is a specific query that you cannot find an answer to on the website, then they are on hand to support you via email and phone.

Q&A Sessions for Trainers

ANLP have been working with trainers to develop a better understanding of how students are given information about ANLP and general NLP-led business practices.

For a number of years, at the request of some trainers, Karen and Kash have been ‘virtually’ joining their training, towards the end of the course, for a 30 minute Q&A session with their NLP students...quite often this takes place during a break or first thing in the morning, before the day starts, so it is as unobtrusive to the training schedule as possible!

This session gives the students the opportunity to ask about ANLP, NLP in a business and practice context, the resources we provide, the benefits of being a Member of a Professional Body, our Code of Ethics, the NLP Conference and much, much more.

It also gives you, as the Trainer, the opportunity to demonstrate the close bond you have with ANLP and why Professional Body Membership is important to you.

This service is available to all our Trainer and Accredited Trainer Members…free of charge.  Just email us when you arrange your trainings, so you can reserve your time slots (subject to availability) and we will be delighted to join you, live via Zoom, to take questions directly from your students.

Regional Forums

ANLP aim to hold 5 Regional Forums each year. These forums are arranged by collaborating with our International or Regional Ambassadors or local members in the area. Both local members and potential members are invited to join representatives of the ANLP team to give feedback and hear the latest ANLP news.

The reason ANLP hold local forums is to enable interaction and communication with members and to reach out to those members who are unable or choose not to attend the Annual NLP International Conference.

The forums are generally held on weekdays during the early evening and ANLP will supply tea and coffee and a selection of snacks!

Of course, with the new ways of working emerging due to global events in 2020, we are now offering to host these forums via Zoom. Click here to read more about the Regional Forums.

Practice Groups

ANLP have a support package for members to empower you to set up your own Practice Group in your local area.

ANLP actively encourage all NLP Professionals to continually practice, evolve and improve their NLP skills. Practice Groups are a perfect environment to do this and promote and aid quality provision of NLP.

If there is no Practice Group currently running in your area, and you would like to set one up, do please email us.  We have an existing format that you can model, and we would be happy to share this with you. We can also put you in touch with other proactive groups so you can model their success.

We will send you promotional materials to have on display and to hand out at your group sessions and we can also provide you with copies of Rapport, all FREE of charge! You will also receive ANLP CPD certificates to distribute to your Practice Group attendees. All ANLP Practice Groups are promoted on this website.

For more details, check out our Practice Groups page.

Regional/International Ambassadors

The ANLP International or Regional Ambassador is a prestigious position within ANLP. Each Ambassador is selected as truly representative of the ethics, professionalism and aspirations of ANLP and their members with a focus within a particular country or UK region.

As ANLP continues to grow, our International/UK Regional Ambassadors play a crucial role in improving how we innovate and disseminate the latest developments in NLP and related fields to the ANLP community. They are helping us to develop thought leadership and contribute to the best practices of business and learning for ANLP Members and the NLP community. Additionally, they are working with us to plan local events to promote ANLP, NLP and their local communities.

Being an ANLP International/UK Regional Ambassador has additional membership benefits for you and gives you a unique opportunity to shape how ANLP interacts with your country or UK region. These benefits include:

  1. Membership fees refunded when there is successful collaboration (measures are mutually set).
  2. Use of title “ANLP Regional Ambassador” on ANLP website and website feature on Ambassador profile page.*
  3. Use of title “ANLP Regional Ambassador” on own business collateral (business cards, email signatures, website, etc.).
  4. Exclusive feedback into ANLP Board on new initiatives for your own region.
  5. Keynote speaker opportunities at Regional ANLP workshops.
  6. Free advertising on ANLP website for 12 months.*
  7. Eligibility for Regional Ambassador of the Year.

If you feel that you can add to the international/UK Regional voice of ANLP and would like to work with us on making ANLP and NLP more accessible in your country or UK region, please contact us.

Inclusivity

With more and more NLP training schools and organisations popping up, the need for a flexible and inclusive NLP Professional Body to impartially represent the NLP Community is crucial.

You can become part of the ANLP community and enjoy our comprehensive Benefits Packages, because we believe that it does not matter where and who you learnt your NLP with, just what you do with it once you have it!

ANLP offer you independence from any training school or organisation AND inclusivity – regardless of where you trained or who you trained with, as long as you meet the minimum criteria for membership*, you can join ANLP.

* Please note: ANLP do not favour any particular course structure because the quality of training depends on so much more than the length of the course. However, with the current trend of offering extremely short courses and even distance learning, ANLP has minimum criteria for Professional membership. To join as a Professional member, you will have received a minimum of 50 face to face attendance hours for Practitioner level and 80 face to face attendance hours for Master Practitioner level.

Friendly, knowledgeable support

The ANLP team provide relevant information for you via the Social Media channels and the Members Updates. If the support you require is more bespoke and unique to your business, we may refer you to our business support services or offer consultancy services, which are then tailored to your requirements.
