“Phil has a unique quality – an ability to empathise with and understand people as individuals, and to put them at ease from the very first moment. This is undoubtedly why he is so successful – he has to be one of the best in his field – and why I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who wants to move forward in their life in a positive way.” Education Qualification Manager
Phil’s coaching sessions and training events are fun, compassionate, useful and profound.
His clients learn how to experience self-compassion rather than relying on self-esteem. They leave their sessions with a heightened curiosity about how they relate to life.
Since 2003, Phil – a former police officer, has been in continual demand as a coach/trainer. Much of his work to date has been with working in the deprived and marginalised areas of Inner City London.
He works also with business owners, creatives, managers/team leaders, schools, social services and children’s charities.
Author and presenter of Authority to Care; At the End of the Day, What Makes You Shine?; Tonic Plus; The Compassion Course.
He is co-author with teacher Annie Moodliar of ‘Do the Nattylala. A new approach for calm classrooms’.
