I feel deeply honoured to serve as the International Ambassador for ANLP International CIC in Chile, representing and promoting within my country ANLP’s ethical position regarding standards of training and practice in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. It is a stimulating challenge and a responsibility that I embrace with commitment and passion. Together with an international network of colleagues and volunteers, I work to ensure that NLP continues to evolve on solid foundations, representing the very best of the profession worldwide.
Th Ambassador role connects Tatiana with extraordinary professionals who are committed to excellence, rigour and the genuine impact of NLP in people’s lives. It is a true privilege for her to contribute to strengthening a community that values quality, ethics and the continuous evolution of the field.
As a Master Trainer of NLP and Director of Escuela Crecer PNL, she leads internationally certified training programmes aligned with ANLP standards, integrating methodological rigour, transformational depth and a systemic approach to learning. Her work seeks to move beyond models based solely on technical competence, promoting a generative NLP in which ethics, quality and professional awareness make a meaningful difference to clients, organisations and society as a whole.
Since the beginning of her work as Director of Escuela Crecer PNL seven years ago, she has consistently devoted time, energy and resources to the dissemination and professionalisation of NLP in Chile and Latin America, always aligned with international standards.
She does this as a conscious way of giving back to the discipline that has profoundly transformed her professional and personal life — and, through her training work, the lives of many others — thereby contributing to the ethical, rigorous and sustainable growth of NLP in the region.
Tatiana is also a Systemic Coach and Educator, which enables her to integrate strong pedagogical foundations with practical experience in human development, leadership and personal transformation. Her professional journey combines training, mentoring and programme design to foster professional excellence grounded in internal coherence.
From Chile, she actively works to elevate NLP training standards across Latin America, strengthening international bridges and promoting a responsible, in-depth and up-to-date practice.
She firmly believes in human potential and in the responsibility we hold as trainers to sustain developmental processes with ethics, structure and awareness.
