Get two NLPers in the room together and eventually the topic of 'How do we change the way that NLP is perceived?' will come up. This topic was prevalent at the Alicante NLP leadership summit in January. This led to a discussion on seeing NLP as a 'brand'. How can we learn from other brands that have worked to change their public perception?
