Nick Fragkias

Nick Fragkias is the ANLP International Ambassador for Greece.

Nicolaos (Nick) became the ANLP International Ambassador for Greece after the 2017 NLP International Conference. He wanted to be involved with ANLP, the people he saw that had reinvigorated the NLP Conference and NLP Community and to be part of the promotion of “Good” NLP (where NLP makes a difference for good in society).

Nick is the founder of Dynamic Equilibrium Ltd in Greece and has been working in NLP for the last 12 years. Nick is also a Clinical Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist and works 1-2-1, with groups and with many companies across Greece. Nick has received certified NLP Trainers Training from INLPTA and also he holds an MBA. Nick is also certified by the Paul Ekman International Academy in Truthfulness & Credibility techniques. He is the INLPTA National Chapter Coordinator for Greece and Cyprus. 

In his Dynamic Equilibrium System™, he uniquely combines a variety of techniques such as Clean Language, Provocative approach and Systemic Coaching Techniques. In addition, he has worked as a Mental Health Counsellor and a Clinical Psychotherapist & Hypnotherapist with hours in Clinical work. Furthermore, he is a tutor of “NLP in Management” at the Athens Information Technology Institute and teaches NLP courses at the Academy of Psychotherapy.

He brings a wealth of “hands-on” therapy and corporate training facilitation experience to the areas of coaching and development the last 12 years. He is equipped with a wide industry knowledge and has worked in senior roles in large companies as Sales Manager, Operation Director and HR Director.
