ANLP Roles

Nick Fragkias – ANLP Ambassador | Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist | NLP Master Trainer | Psychedelic Assisted Therapy Facilitator | Lecturer in Forensic Psychology

ANLP is not just a professional home—it’s a global movement of conscious practitioners redefining what it means to communicate, lead, and grow. Through NLP, we don’t just change patterns; we empower people to remember who they truly are. As an ANLP Ambassador, my vision is to bring this depth and integrity to Greece—creating a vibrant, ethical NLP community that unites science, therapy, and leadership for a new generation of professionals ready to make meaningful change.

As an ANLP Ambassador, Nick Fragkias is committed to bridging ancient wisdom with modern science, championing a new era in personal transformation, healing, and conscious leadership. His vision is to integrate ethical, trauma-informed, and evidence-based practices across therapeutic, academic, and corporate fields—making deep transformation not only possible but sustainable.

With over 23 years of experience in NLP, Nick has become a leading voice in the application of NLP to psychotherapy, behavioral analysis, and leadership development in Greece. He is known for his integrative and holistic approach, combining systemic psychology, Jungian theory, somatic therapy, and cutting-edge coaching methodologies.

Nick is also a pioneering figure in the field of psychedelic-assisted therapy, with more than a decade of experience facilitating and integrating ayahuasca and psilocybin work. His trauma-informed model, the Dynamic Equilibrium Method, is designed to guide individuals through preparation, deep inner work, and integration—helping clients achieve lasting emotional regulation, lifestyle shifts, and spiritual clarity. He leads legal retreats and programs in Portugal and Peru, combining therapeutic depth with ceremonial integrity.

In parallel with his therapeutic work, Nick is a Lecturer in Forensic Psychology, focusing on behavioral analysis, non-verbal communication, and decision-making in high-stakes environments. He also trains professionals in the corporate and public sectors through programs such as Advanced Communication and Leadership Essentials, grounded in MindSonar profiling and advanced NLP.

Nick’s ultimate goal is to formalize his method into a fully recognized model of psychedelic-assisted therapy, contributing to the global movement for safe, regulated, and research-backed psychedelic care. His upcoming PhD research continues to explore the intersection of psychedelics, behavioral change, and long-term emotional transformation.
