I'm a fully qualified and passionate master coach in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and one of only 200 qualified coach trainers in mBIT (Multiple Brain Integration Techniques) in the world! I train others to become Certified mBIT Coaches through a 4-day in-person coaching course.

With extensive business experience working in Corporate blue-chip companies at C-suite level, managing global teams and developing senior leaders, I've also implemented successful coaching and mentoring programmes that produced award winning teams and some exceptionally compassionate leaders.

After leaving the corporate world, I founded and launched my own company; MDS Alignment Ltd., a company that specialises in developing award winning teams and coaching executives, leaders and business owners to navigate change with a winning mindset. My passion is for bringing alignment and much needed heart-centred wisdom, into the business world through a range of leadership coaching and training skills I have developed over many years.

Using a blend of NLP and mBIT coaching techniques along with my extensive corporate business experience, I help guide and inspire busy executives to improve their leadership style and become aligned with their core values, helping them lead from a place of authenticity and compassionate wisdom.

I'm also an advisor to start-up companies, as well as being part of a select group of supply chain specialists helping the growth of the e-commerce industry through people development.
