Life coaching is about helping you to love the life you live. People seek life coaching for many reasons. Sometimes, it is for a specific issue, such as improving your career or relationships. At other times, it might be a general sense that life could simply be better or have a clearer purpose.

Whatever area of your life may be causing you unhappiness, dissatisfaction or concern, life coaching can help you clarify what the issue might be, what matters most to you, and what could be preventing you from living your dreams.In an NLP life coaching session or series of sessions, I can help you to identify the unhelpful patterns, beliefs and behaviours that are holding you back.  Working with me, we can identify what needs to happen to enable the changes that you wish to make.

As well a being an NLP Master Practitioner my approach is informed by, Systemic Family Constellations, Non-Violent Communication (NVC), Dream Work and Colour Light Therapy, Conscious Sexuality and Tantra, all of which I have studied and practiced over many years.
