The step by step approach to Executive Leadership Coaching is indeed a powerful recipe. The process is based upon the Sherpa 12 week process. By completing various exercises in the first two to four weeks of your sessions you assist your client in identifying and deciding upon which of the two main strategies for follow to reach the 'summit' These are either the Organisational Route or the Relational Route, each comprising of tried and proven coaching techniques. Perhaps the most useful part of this combination are the numerous options and suggestions of client exercises and strategies.
