Fearful to Confident

Cris first attended a corporate presentation skills training course with Joe Cheal over 10 years ago. She was extremely nervous about public speaking but keen to improve. At that point she had just taken on a role at Cranfield University that involved travelling the world to recruit students internationally for their high profile MBA programme.

We have seen Cris develop and grow into a world class presenter and speaker finally graduating from our PSiNLP Trainer’s Training in 2013.

She now applies her NLP knowledge and skills in her work role elegantly and with great impact. Last year the number of students recruited was up by 32% and in 2016 further increased by 130%. In addition to this Cris has used her NLP skills to improve her impact internally at Cranfield at a time when all other departments are cutting budgets - she secured an additional £70k on her budget that enabled her to recruit two new full time team members.

Cris continues to be grateful for being introduced to NLP. She feels that her success was attributed to applying NLP in her daily personal and professional life.
