Introduction to the memory Re-Solution® process for NLP Practitioners & Master Practitioners, exploring how emotional responses to past experiences can be updated and resolved.
This open training event, Memory Re-Solution®: An Introduction for NLP Practitioners, is designed for NLP Practitioners & Master Practitioners who are not currently using a time-based intervention, or who wish to integrate Memory Re-Solution® into their existing repertoire.
Memory Re-Solution® works with the organising impact of past experience directly, rather than relying on coping strategies, reframing, or symptom management. The process emerged from advanced NLP training environments and offers a structured, resolution-based approach that sits alongside existing skills without replacing them.
This event provides a clear introduction to how Memory Re-Solution® works, where it fits within professional NLP-informed contexts, and how it differs from technique-led or management-based approaches.
This is not a general personal development workshop and is not intended for casual attendance.
Application contexts explored:
While this event focuses on introducing the Memory Re-Solution® process itself, the principles explored apply across a range of common patterns of experience.
Throughout the session, reference may be made to patterns commonly described as:
Anger – where responses feel rapid, forceful, or disproportionate Sadness – where withdrawal or disengagement becomes organised Fear – where vigilance or avoidance dominates decision-making Guilt – where internalised inhibition limits choice or action Anxiety – where anticipation persists without a clear present-day threat. These references are used to illustrate how the Memory Re-Solution® process approaches different organising patterns, rather than to provide topic-specific training.
Topic-specific workshops exploring these patterns in greater depth are offered separately.
Memory Re-Solution™ is a structured change process designed to help individuals resolve the emotional impact of past experiences by updating how those memories are represented in the present. Rather than analysing past events in detail, the process focuses on how meaning and emotional responses are constructed from experience and how these internal representations can be revised to support more useful responses in the present. In this introductory webinar you will explore:
This Memory Re-Solution NLP workshop is designed to support professional understanding and orientation, not to teach techniques or confer permission to practise.
The focus is on understanding what changes when resolution occurs, rather than how to perform the process.
Paul McGowran is the current rights holder of the Memory Re-Solution™ methodology and is actively developing the process further. His work is focused on integrating the approach into the CongruentMind framework, extending its application beyond individual change work into leadership and organisational development contexts. For practitioners wishing to explore the method more deeply, Memory Re-Solution™ is also integrated into the CongruentNLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner training programmes, where the process is taught within a broader framework for understanding learning, perception and behavioural change. If the listed webinar date is unsuitable, additional sessions may be available via the events page on the Memory Re-Solution® website.
This event forms part of the wider process of clarification, professional continuity, and licensing development.
Attendance does not imply automatic accreditation, registration, or licensing. Where further training, registration, or licensing is appropriate, this will be discussed following the event.
