2022 ANLP Annual Report

We think its important to summarise our achievements during 2022, so you know what we are doing to support you and the NLP Community

In 2022, our major achievements included:

Launched the Unified Code of Ethics

In April 2022, the main Professional Bodies/Associations in NLP announced the Unified Code of Ethics, to enable better self regulation and raise standards of practice for delivery of NLP Services.

Released the updated ANLP Members Logos

Updated members logos were released early in 2022, to improve brand recognition for members and ensure they can be directly associated with ANLP International CIC’s corporate logo.

Held ANLP Membership Fees at 2019 levels

The pandemic continued to affect the world economies and businesses in 2022 and the war in the Ukraine added to the ongoing financial instability with soaring fuel and energy prices around the world.  During this time, ANLP bucked the trend and held their membership fees at the same level as they were in 2019

Launched ANLP Virtual Workshops

ANLP launched a series of virtual workshops on a variety of topics run by ANLP Members.  These proved to be a great success and you can access the recordings via the link below. We are already planning more workshops for the latter part of 2023.

Improved member search facilities

ANLP continued to develop member services and website functionality, including improving the member search facilities, developing the online Rapport Archive, with complimentary credits for all ANLP members and updated support for various features on the members dashboard – members are notified of these improvements via the monthly members updates email – do keep an eye out for these. The Members Support Hub, especially the How to Guides, give you step by step instructions for utilising these resources

Launched Monthly Stats reports

In the interests of transparency, ANLP also started publishing monthly statistics, including profile views, click throughs and unique website visitors.

Published The NLP Professional Second Edition

ANLP’s CEO, Karen Falconer, published the second edition of her book, The NLP Professional: Your Future in NLP. Its an inspiring read for all NLP Professionals and you can obtain your signed copy from the ANLP website – as long as you are logged in as a member, you even get 10% discount!

Hosted second Virtual NLP Conference & NLP Awards

The second virtual NLP Conference was held with great success.  Tim Hallbom gave a fantastic Masterclass workshop on Dynamic Spin Release™ followed by two days of 8 streams of presentations.  Nearly 100 hours of video were made available to delegates for 6 months after the Conference closed.  The decision was made to run the 2023 Conference as a Hybrid event... exciting times ahead!

The NLP Awards were also held virtually and live with presentations being made to the five category winners including all three finalists winning in the “Extraordinary Contribution During the Global Pandemic” category. Nominations are already open for the 2024 awards.

So, as you can see, we keep ourselves busy supporting our members and the NLP Community. We have big plans for 2023 and really hope to be announcing the success of a big project later this year.
