I have worked with people from all walks of life and have many years of experience in therapeutic, educational and development work with adults and young people.

I work with individuals on a 1:1 basis using hypnotherapy and draw on a wide range of techniques including NLP. This includes devising and running "pattern breaking" programmes and accelerated learning for transformational change.

I also offer session for groups.

My work with children and young people has included play, earth education, drama,creative arts and story telling.

I am a hypnotherapy practitioner and also registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register & Hypnotherapy Standards Council in the UK.
