Who am I, and how can I help you?...

I am a Coach, NLP trainer and HR/OD consultant, with a background as a People and OD Director and small business owner.

For over 20 years I worked in director level positions, mostly HR based, influencing and coaching senior leaders in both the private and public sectors.   I worked in Publishing, Further and Higher education, Sportswear and manufacturing organisations leading teams across the UK and overseas.  I coached and delivered development programmes extensively throughout my career both as an in-house Director and as an external consultant. 

And in November 2017 I broke my hip, and my busy, hundred mile and hour life stopped overnight.  It was temporarily stopped, but stopped long enough to give me time and space to think about the work I was doing, and what I really love.  In 2017 I set up my company Lannair so I could focus on work I really love.

I love supporting people and organisations achieve their ambitions, goals and what's important to them.  What I really love are those moments of realisation when they discover their true brilliance and shine, and realise they can, and will, achieve well beyond their original goals. 

I love delivering and contributing to NLP programmes.  ​I deliver NLP programmes (at the moment online) with Sue Knight and Anna Bell, who are both inspiring, hugely talented and great fun.

And I'm a creative, artistic mum and wife who loves her friends, family, good food, live music, animals and making a positive difference - in any way and any order.
