Kerry Thornhill

I am a twice qualified NLP Practitioner (ANLP & INLPTA) and completed my Master Practitioner (IANLPC) in 2022.  I completed an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology with Distinction at the University of East London in 2021.   My research thesis was an exploration of the correlations between the NLP Presuppositions with Psychological Flexibility and Self-Determination Theory (a theory of development and motivation), which fits well with NLP coaching. This is an extension of my BSc Psychology dissertation where I achieved first-class honours.  I am also an ILM-qualified trainer (Train the Trainer).
I first encountered NLP over 25 years ago and have been coaching, mentoring, teaching and training in various shares and forms for 25 years too, starting in sports coaching in 1994.
As a therapist, I am trained in Emotional Freedom Techniques and various offshoots including birth reimprinting (via the EFT and Matrix Reimprinting Academy), BrainWorking Recursive Therapy, Counselling (to Level 3), and am completing Hypnotherapy and IEMT case studies currently.  I plan to begin a Professional Doctorate in Counselling Psychology in due course, as well as obtain my Chartership in Coaching Psychology.
I am also trained in many energy healing modalities and incorporate them into client sessions where required.
