Background

I soft skills lecturer, writer and I provide psychological counseling and coaching. Previously, I worked in finance as a statutory auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young.  I originally studied at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Czech Technical University and later at the Faculty of Philosophy at the Palacky University.

I teach the following topics

• working with emotions, emotional intelligence, leadership, mindfulness, meditation;
• power of mind and thinking - growth thinking, positive thinking;
• working with the subconscious;
• time management, goals, motivation;
• stress management, psychohygiene, burnout syndrome, increasing mental resistance;
• assertiveness and communication.
